With the delayed running of the morning Santa Specials I did manage to estimate I had time to walk up the river to Garthyfog Farm to see GWR 2807 on its afternoon trip to Carrog aka Lapland. The trains don't stop en route but don't break into much of a sweat (give or take slippy rails on Berwyn bank) to allow Santa time to do a tour of the train!
