England 0-4-0STT Prince had struggled and slipped with the Victorian Carriages on the first service of the day creating a delay for the day's schedule. Double-Fairlie Merddin Emrys was having no such problems as the carriages headed back up to Blaenau. And the passengers in the open carriage were not getting the rain "enjoyed" by the earlier travellers!
